    Join us and guest chef Bonita Woods from Culinaria cooking school. She will be featuring some delicious gluten free meal ideas. Look for the menu coming soon.   • We will demonstrate how to make fluffy gluten free dinner rolls and sprouted lentil burgers. Chef Bonita will also chat about some of the different gluten free flours and mixes and how they work.
